My name is Adriana Fatat, I am a chef and Organic Nutrition Coach.
I was born in Colombia but from an early age moved to the US to study and currently reside there. I am absolutely passionate about my career; I love what I do and the mission behind it. I am very conscious about time privileges. We are spiritual beings going through the human experience and not the other way around. We leave our footprints behind and it is our duty to try and keep a healthy planet and enhance our best development through an adequate nutrition for an optimal physical, mental and emotional development.
I studied in France to become a Chef and “Nutrition Plant Based Coach” at Cornell University in N.Y.
When I returned to the US, I opened a French restaurant “Le Croisic French Bistro” in Key Biscayne, Florida and received various awards during years such as “Zagat rated” (Estrella Michelin equivalent), “One of the best French bistros in Miami”, “Best restaurant in Key Biscayne” “Lonely Planet” amazing reviews, “Travel Advisory”, etc… for our quality and service for more than 13 years.
I am curious, observant, respectful and passionate of everything that represents eating habits in society and of course, the environment. In regard to my professional experience, I have 25 years’ experience of study and practice. I realized the conventional food industry is being manipulated. It is powerful, carries biased information and is having a negative effect on our health. Through this realization and experience, I developed the S.A.B.E. Eating and Detox Method (name in Spanish for Health, Harmony, Wellness and Energy).
I have also created the Comprehensive Wellness tour “El Camino S.A.B.E” to Santiago de Compostela. The method has been used for more than 7 years with results that have changed lives. Its mission is to recover health and balance through plant based gmo, sugar, lactose and gluten free food.
I am convinced and committed to achieving a real positive change. If we want to see new changes in our environment and health, we must begin with us, understanding that if we do not make changes, results will remain the same. Whatever it is that we eat has a direct effect on our body as well as our minds, and consequently our mental health.
Change begins at home with us. I am convinced that given the results we have experienced, diseases can be prevented, healed and controlled with our daily choices….
