TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tour cost is payable Euros. We accept bank checks, electronic bank transfer and payment by credit card via PayPal (a surcharge is added for PayPal payments). Please contact us for further payment informations. You can contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Our tour requires a 50% deposit fee due to the fact that we must reserve and pay every hotel at least 9 months in advance due to the heavy traffic of pilgrims that comes to Santiago de Compostela from all over the world during the summer months .
The rest of the payment (50% ) is due 120 days after initial reservation is made. If any if those payments is not receive by the due dates, Methods S.A.B.E. reserves the right to cancelled the reservation without refund.
If you book the tour within 90 days prior to your trip’s departure, full payment is due at the time of your reservation.
Cancellations received within 120 days before departure carry a 100% penalty and you will not receive a refund, regardless of the reason that you cancel.
For this reason, we encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance
180 days before the trip: $100 dollars per person
120 days before the trip $ 700.00 per person
60 days before the there will be “NO REFUND».
If space is available, you may transfer from one trip to another in the same calendar year up to 60 days before departure of the trip that you are transferring from. Transfers within 60 days of departure of your scheduled trip are on a space available basis and at our discretion.
If we are unable to transfer you to another trip in the same calendar year, the regular cancellation fees outlined above will apply. Transfers are not possible from one year to the next.
El Camino S.A.B.E. reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. If the tour is canceled, participants will receive a full refund of money paid .
El Camino S.A.B.E. is not responsible for and does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
If space is available, you may transfer from one trip to another in the same calendar year up to 60 days before departure of the trip that you are transferring from. Transfers within 60 days of departure of your scheduled trip are on a space available basis and at our discretion. If we are unable to transfer you to another trip in the same calendar year, the regular cancellation fees outlined above will apply.
Transfers are not possible from one year to the next.
El Camino S.A.B.E. reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any trip if we feel our opinion becomes necessary (weather)
RISK RELEASE STATEMENT
Thee risk release statement (liability waiver) will be sent with your final invoice.
It must be signed and returned to our office. If the signed liability waiver is not received by El Camino S.A.B.E TOUR by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as canceled.
We request that you bring one carry-on suitcase per person, not including a small tote bag or other carry-on type of item.
WHO CAN’T GO IN THE TOUR?
If you are in poor physical condition or need a cane or wheelchair to walk, this tour is not appropriate for you. If you have a serious medical issue, please consult your doctor about whether an off-road walking tour such as this one is appropriate for you. In addition the beauty of the path is best seen by walking it rather than riding, so we want you to walk as much of the Camino as you can in order to get the most out of your trip.
DO I NEED HEALTH & TRAVEL INSURANCE?
We strongly suggest that you purchase travel and trip cancellation/interruption insurance, as we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy.

We will be sending you a food allergy questionary for you to be able to let us know so we can meet your dietary needs
